Welcome to Jan 2015!  Let’s get this year started off right. I want you to go grab all the list of resolutions you’ve written down and throw them away!  Yes that’s right I said throw them away.  Why?

Because you and I both know most resolutions don’t last past January.  So how about you make changes versus resolutions.  Small changes = Big successes.
There are a number of 21 and 30 day challenges you could follow.  I invite you to join me on a 12 week TransFITmational Journey.  Did you just read 12 weeks?  You sure did! I repeat 12 weeks, ok how about 90 days.
I could hit you will all kinds of science theories etc. as to why 12 weeks but here’s the short version… We are going on a journey, not a quick trip. This trip is all about you adapting:  Cardiovascular Capacity, Strength, Endurance and Flexibility.
Now if you just have to have a list to put on your fridge, bathroom mirror, computer, desk, screen saver etc. etc. Write down these three.
1. Be Brave
2. Be Honest
3. Be Humble
Be Brave and take the trip with me even though you have no idea what each week will bring. Trust that I will guide you along the way in a safe and efficient way.  Be Honest with yourself and those around you, in other words don’t let anyone get in the way of your time. Be Humble do what you can do based on your fitness level but fell free to call on bravery and push a little harder at times.
