Terms and Conditions
Reservation Payment Terms
- All room pricing are based on single or double occupancy.
- A reservation requires a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total price.
- Full payment is due by April 15th, 2024.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled by you the guest.
- A courtesy reminder will be provided for full payments not received by April 15th. In the event of no response or communication is received within 48 hours of notice, your room will be forfeited and reservation deemed cancelled.
- No refunds for cancellations requested less than 60 days prior to start of retreat.
- There will be no refunds or discounts for late arrivals, leaving early, or trip delays.
- If the retreat is cancelled, you will receive a full refund on all deposits and payments made.
- We encourage purchasing travel insurance for your airfare or other travel costs incurred.
