Not only do I get to show up and have fun while teaching classes. But I also enjoy spending one on one time with individuals who are looking to deepen their love of living a healthy, fit and active lifestyle.
I may be cute, smile, and make jokes occasionally, but let’s be clear: I will push you! (within reason)
Now first things first, there is no one size fits all in anything we do. No magical solution I’m going to give you. No quick fix. Nor anything I’d ask you to do that I wouldn’t do.

- Use of nutritional tracking platform
- Yes, you will have homework
Learning all I can about you, allows me to use my thorough understanding of cardiovascular, flexibility and resistance exercises to help you conquer/crush your goals; by creating a safe and effective program just for you.
My overall objective not only includes teaching you, but also providing you with the encouragement and motivation to stick with the program to achieve your fitness objectives.
